Day 01- Arrival at Mumbai
Arrival at Mumbai follows transfer to hotel where rooms are
held on ready occupancy basis. Traditional welcome is
followed by check in into hotel. Spend the night at the
hotel.
Day
02- Mumbai
After your breakfast, get ready to explore Mumbai. As part
of this short excursion, you will visit the Juhu beach, the
Gateway of India and the Elephanta caves. The exploration of
Mumbai is incomplete without seeing the glittering world of
Bollywood. In the evening, make your way through sets of a
typical film studio. See men with cameras mounted on cranes
shooting sequences. You will have all, both rural and urban
life, in these studios. Spend the night at the hotel.
Day 03- Mumbai/ Goa
On day three of your tour you will be transferred to airport
to catch flight to Goa. On arrival, transfer to hotel. For
rest of the day you are free to relax at beaches. In the
evening comes the moment which you were waiting for. Enjoy
the Goa Carnival theme. Join the traditional Goa Carnival,
which is a part of Goa's rich Portuguese heritage. You will
find everything in Goa Carnival- revelry, song and dance;
great food and good wine come together beautifully.
Thereafter discover the joy of Goan cuisine at a delightful
buffet dinner. Spend the night at hotel.
Day 04- Goa
Get ready to explore North Goa and South Goa! In the
evening, have a feel of fishing villages; they are part of
Goa's rich cultural heritage. Local Goan fishing village is
created on the grounds of the hotel, forming an ideal
backdrop for a pleasant evening in a very rustic atmosphere.
You will love the sight with artisans displaying their
skills and the village dancers whirling to the music of a
local band. Spend the night at hotel.
Day 05- Goa
On the fifth day of the tour, you are free to relax on
beach. In the evening, have the pleasure of Goan delight on
the beach. Yes! Enjoy sea food bar-be-cue on the beach -
savor succulent lobsters, jumbo prawns and other local
seafood delicacies. There is provision for guests to cook
their own food over a campfire. The evening is made livelier
with tunes of local musicians on their guitar strings. Spend
the night at hotel.
Day 06- Goa/ Cochin
Check out of the hotel and head towards airport. On arrival
at Cochin you will be received by our representatives and
transferred to hotel. An afternoon tour of Cochin is
arranged, covering Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis church,
Dutch Palace and the Chinese Fishing Nets. In the evening,
enjoy the magic of Kerala by going on moonlight boat cruise
on the backwaters of Kerala. There is a special arrangement
for guests, who are ferried aboard a decorated, boat for a
delightful moonlight cruise. At the same time you can relish
the South Indian culinary surprises. Spend the night at
hotel.
Day 07- Cochin
Kerala Village Tour
To have the real feel of Kerala, you will have to ride the
wooden 'vallams' (boats) that glide effortlessly through the
green waters. You will be amazed at the feeling as you move
through Kerala's lush beauty and serenity and enjoy a packed
lunch on board. You will also be taken to small villages to
have fist hand experience of the traditional life in
villages. Believe us, it is a life time experience for bird
watchers as the will be captivated by the sight of
Kingfishers, Cormorants, Woodpeckers and Kites. Spend the
night at hotel.
Day 08- Cochin/ Mumbai
After breakfast you will be transferred to airport to catch
the connecting flight to Mumbai. Arrival follows transfer to
hotel where we will be holding rooms for wash and change.
Feel the pulse of Mumbai city by joining the Mumbai Sidewalk
Yatra! Travel around the main streets of Mumbai. Try out
everything that the sidewalk promises- Bhel Puri, Vada Pav,
Lucknowi kebabs, North India chats, the "Anna's amalgamation
of all Indian cultures, buy bargains & boogie on the
sidewalk. Try out the magazine stall, curio shops, and the "phoren"
goods store while taking a drink of our barman's delightful
blends. It is followed by dinner and transfer to airport to
catch the international flight.
